What people usually ask us.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They sign up by scanning a QR code and save the card to Google Wallet or open it in their browser.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. On Android the card is saved to Google Wallet. On iPhone the customer uses their web card with the same QR code and can add it to the home screen to get notifications.
How much does it cost to start?
Nothing: you get a 14-day free trial and we don't ask for a credit card. Then you choose the plan that fits, monthly or yearly, and change it whenever you need.
Who owns my customers' data?
You do. You are the controller and we only process the data to provide the service, with a processing agreement and ready-to-use legal texts.
What kinds of card can I create?
Stamps, points with tiers, cashback, gift cards with a balance and memberships with expiry. You can run several at once.
Can I print posters with my QR?
Yes. From the dashboard you download A3, A4 and A5 posters, table tents, window stickers, stickers, business cards and flyers, and see how many sign-ups each one brings.
Does it work for several locations?
Yes. The same card works in all your locations, each with its own position for nearby alerts, and the dashboard shows each location’s data.
What do I need at the counter?
A phone to scan cards, with the Cliven app or from the dashboard, and the poster with your sign-up QR code, printed from the dashboard.
